 Photography, Videography, and/or Recording at Events

  By hosting an event with Bubble Trouble, LLC, I agree that Bubble Trouble, LLC, its affiliates, and vendors, may photograph, film, and/or otherwise record foam parties and related activities, including the host/client, host venue, and all party guests for educational, training, and/or promotional/marketing purposes. I fully release any said photographs and/or recorded media for distribution, publication, licensing, and/or reproduction.
  Notice of photography/recording will be posted on the rules and advisories signage near the foam cannon or tent. Said signage shall be considered sufficient notice, and by entering the event venue or premises, all guests waive and release any claims they may have related to the use of recorded media at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of themselves, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
 Clients / party hosts consent and agree to to notify all invited guests in advance of the event of possible photography, filming, and/or recording by Bubble Trouble, LLC, and its affiliates or vendors during the party reservation process, and acknowledge understanding that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. Any individuals not wishing to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded should not attend the event.   
 Individuals who have been previously photographed and/or video recorded at an event may request to have images or recordings of their likeness removed from future marketing materials at any time by contacting us at bubbletroubleparty@gmail.com and including a copy of the images and/or recordings and/or direct links to the media where their likeness is displayed, however they acknowledge that notice of photography/recording was displayed on the rules and advisories signage near the foam cannon or tent at the time of photography/recording, and participation in said event waived and released any and all claims related to use of the recorded event at the time of the event, including waiver of any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement, or any fees for use of such record media, and that the sole remedy shall be a reasonable attempt by Bubble Trouble, LLC, its affiliates, and/or vendors to remove images or recordings of their likeness from future marketing materials upon receipt of request. 

 Restricting the Collection of your Personal Data
