We use only the highest quality solution for our foam. It’s bio-degradable, non-staining, non-toxic and hypoallergenic! It’s also safe for babies, pets, the environment including lawns and gardens. You can find more detailed information about the foam on the material data safety sheet located in the 'about us' section.

We recommend a 20 square foot grassy area. A driveway or paved surface will also work. We cannot have the foam on property that does not belong to you.

Our events can accommodate groups of any size, depending on the location and type of event. For larger groups like schools or churches, consider breaking into smaller groups and having them rotate into and out of the party.

Our foam does not stain or leave any sort of residue. In fact, a few hours after the party you will hardly be able to tell it happened at all. Depending on weather factors, all foam should dissipate within 1-2 hours.

Depending on how deep they get in the foam, guests will range from damp to wet. swim suits are recommended, but clothing is no problem at all. 

Most parties range from 1-2 hours, however corporate or group events can last 4 hours or more. However long you need foam, we have you covered. For events longer than 4 hours, please contact us for special pricing and consideration.

Parties are best when the weather is warm as being damp can make guests chilly. A light sprinkle is ok, but heavy rain and/or lightening will cause your party to be cancelled or rescheduled. High winds will also require a change of plans. If we determine that the weather will prohibit your party, we will reach out and reschedule free of charge. If your party is cut short by bad weather, we will prorate it so you only pay for the party time that you got. Details of our refund policy are in our terms and conditions. Our job is to leave you satisfied and we will do everything in our power to make your party one that you will remember the rest of your life!

If there is a greater than 50% chance of rain for your zip code on weather.com, you have the right to reschedule free of charge and without penalty. This supersedes all other cancellation policies. 

 A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your scheduled party. 

Parties cancelled for any reason at least 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit. 

Parties cancelled less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours prior to the event date/time are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability. 

Parties cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event date/time are fully non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Special circumstances may be evaluated on a case by case basis. Contact us and we reserve the right to be compassionate.

Last minute cancellations without rescheduling are not refundable as we have set aside that time for you. If you need to cancel and your party is more than 7 days away, We will consider a cancellation and refund request. Rescheduling is always the best option and our ability to refund the deposit will be evaluated on a case by case basis. This is to your benefit and is more lenient than our competitors or most other businesses. If something catastrophic happens in your life, contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to be compassionate.
