Keys to setting up for an unforgettable foam party:

Have a clear space ready of around 20 square feet for the foam and 10 square feet for your host to set up the cannon, speakers and other props.
Make sure the area is clear of debris or tripping hazards.
Ensure the area is at most 100ft from a power outlet and 50ft from a water connection. If not, accommodations can be made but you must inform us in advance.
Make sure you own the area where the party will be held. We are not permitted to operate on public land or in parks, unless the city or municipality is involved in the planning of the event.

Let your guests know they should come prepared to get anywhere from damp to wet depending on how deep they want to go.
Swim suits are a good option for a foam party. Goggles are also a great accessory to have. You can also bring your own towel if you would like
Some goggles and towels will be provided by your host, but cannot be guaranteed for every guest based on sizing and number of attendees.
A washing station will be available to hose off if desired.
You will get an email before your party with all the important information. Feel free to forward it to your guests so they can be prepared for the fun.

Remember, our foam is the highest quality on the market. It's Bio-degradable, Non-Staining, Non-toxic and Hypoallergenic! It’s also safe for babies, pets, the environment including lawns and gardens.
Even though it is safe, we still do not recommend any guest ingest the foam, breath it in, or get it in their eyes. To avoid this we recommend guests not spend sustained amounts of time fully emersed in the foam.
Have some breathing room for yourself. If you would like to be fully in the foam, make a tunnel so there is room to breath.
Hazardous activities and dangerous horseplay will result in guests being asked to leave the foam or cancellation of the party altogether.
We ask that in the case of minors that there be an adult presence monitoring the children at a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 5 children. If you are unsure you will be able to meet this requirement please reach out to us in advance.

We know Ohio weather is unpredictable and bad weather can ruin a party.
We are happy to provide a full refund in the event of inclement weather at the start of your party.
We are happy to reschedule your party at no extra cost to a time when the weather will be nicer for your guests.
We are happy to provide a prorated refund based on the amount of time partied, should unforseen weather occur during your party.
Wind can blow the foam if strong enough and special tactics like barriers may be employed to prevent the wind from stealing your foam.
We will do everything in our power to make your day as special as you can imagine it, but should bad weather occur, please be understanding and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

As we near the end of your party, Your host will have additional foam material on-hand should you want to continue at an additional charge.
